Our new vinyl  machines are  fully automated making approximately 25,000 records per week (Monday - Friday). Laser Works is always willing to meet the needs of the customers, we are equipped to please opening Saturdays and Sundays just to make sure your production is on time. As part of our recent expansion we are now able to manufacture 12” vinyl records.

Customers of the vinyl plant must supply stampers & printed labels for production. Labels will be accepted cut or uncut. Because laser works possess the ability to cut label to the proper specs. Label designs can also be sent in from overseas customers for us to get printed and cut for production.

File formats we can accept:

Corel draw.
Photoshop.
Illustrator.

Laser Works will provide packaging material for all items manufactured - this includes sleeves, boxes etc.

The stampers you supply to laser works is the medium used to transfer the music to vinyl. Manually the process can take from a minute and half to two and a half minutes to produce a single record.

All stampers should be delivered in a flat format, Laser works does all punch and coining of stampers at our facility.
